Knitting and crocheting without pain
Here, knitting and crocheting play a huge part in our daily lives – and we know how easy it is to sit for a little too long when you're in the middle of a project.
One of us is currently struggling with a frozen shoulder, and it has been an eye-opener regarding the importance of taking care of your body along the way.
We have therefore focused on short breaks and simple exercises – and also on how we sit when working with our hands.
For us, among other things, using a crochet pillow (a bit like a nursing pillow) has made a big difference, as it supports the arms and provides more relief in the shoulders and neck.
Here we have gathered some simple exercises and good habits that we use ourselves in our daily lives 🤎
