The pattern repeats on both the body and the sleeves, giving the sweater a cohesive look from every angle. The small button opening at the front is a lovely detail and also makes the sweater easier to pull over the heads of the little ones.

The sweater is knitted from the bottom up. First, the body is worked in the round with stripes and snowmen according to the chart. The sleeves are knitted separately with a matching pattern before all parts are joined, and the yoke is shaped with raglan decreases.
