Back and forth

A simple triangular shawl with clean lines and a calm, heathered surface. The narrow start gradually grows into a long shawl, where the I-cord edges pull the shape together and provide a distinct, neat finish all along the edge.

Knitted in Cool Wool Big Mélange from Lana Grossa, the shawl gets an even stitch definition in extra-fine merino wool. The design is knitted back and forth with increases on one side, so the triangular shape is built up little by little.
