London neck warmer is the soft extra collar that makes a jacket a little warmer and a simple outfit look a little more finished. The high neck has a folded ribbed edge, while the shoulder piece creates a calm finish over the shoulders.

You first knit the double rib and then continue in the round in garter stitch. The transition between rib and garter stitch creates a simple progression where the design clearly takes shape as you go.

It is the kind of neck warmer that is nice to pull over your head when the wind has ideas of its own.
